As a core piece of hot transfer machine for aluminum profile, this fully automatic aluminum wood grain transfer furnace is developed with the core goals of improving production efficiency, stabilizing product quality, and reducing labor costs in aluminum transfer processes. The complete system integrates four key components: a tunnel-type transfer furnace body, a series vacuum extraction unit, a chain-type aluminum support frame, and a touchscreen PLC central control system, realizing fully automatic and standardized operation throughout the processing flow. The optimized process flow follows a strict and efficient logic: bagged aluminum profiles → profile feeding and sorting conveyor → step-by-step continuous vacuum extraction → step-by-step transfer into furnace → step-by-step furnace exit with reverse airflow → finished product completion, eliminating manual intervention in key links and ensuring operational stability.
What sets this equipment apart from conventional cart-type transfer furnaces is its innovative step-by-step processing mechanism. Unlike traditional models that load 20-30 aluminum profiles into the sealed furnace simultaneously, which causes rapid furnace temperature drops, extended heating cycles and prolonged transfer time due to heavy load, our wood grain imitation production line adopts a chain-driven, step-by-step feeding mode, sending aluminum profiles into the furnace individually. This design allows profiles to reach the required transfer temperature in a shorter time upon entering the furnace, significantly shortening baking time, improving transfer efficiency, and achieving an adjustable production efficiency of 10–30 seconds per piece to match diverse production demands.
In terms of processing quality, the equipment ensures unparalleled consistency in product appearance. Each aluminum profile undergoes independent vacuum extraction, is transported along the same fixed heating trajectory in the furnace, and completes the transfer process under identical temperature and time conditions, theoretically guaranteeing uniform color reproduction across all profiles, which perfectly meets the high-standard appearance requirements of high-quality furniture and decorative aluminum profiles. It is fully compatible with PET sublimation transfer film and transfer paper for wood grain transfer, with strong adaptability to mainstream transfer materials in the industry.
Equipped with robust core configurations and precise technical parameters, the equipment is built to adapt to large-scale industrial production: it features one tunnel-type transfer oven body, one set of stepping chain, one 300,000 kcal natural gas/liquefied petroleum gas heating system, one set of loading/unloading conveyor system, and one touchscreen PLC central control unit. It is specially designed for aluminum profile workpieces with dimensions of L=7200mm, W=200×150mm, with an equipment footprint of approx. 14,000 × 19,000 × 2500mm (L × W × H), external dimensions of 11300×9000×2500mm (L×W×H) including the base frame, and an internal chamber dimension of 8200×4000×1240mm (L×W×H), fully meeting the large-size processing needs of Malaysian furniture and building materials enterprises.
